This ritual is to give yourself a restart to optimal health. We start by doing lymphatic drainage on the face and neck to get lymph and energy flowing. Then we do an application of glutathione to the face as it is a powerhouse of antioxidants to the skin to reduce oxidative stress and damage. Then I dry brush the body, put on a NAD with resveratrol patch to support cellular energy and anti aging and place red light photobiomodulation which has a slew of health benefits to kickstart your wellness journey.
