Cancellation Policy

We require a full 24 hours notice to change an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a charge of your service scheduled.If you are over 15 minutes late you will be considered a no show and be charged for your service. Up to 15 minutes late we may deduct that time off of your appointment. Thank you for understanding.
